Teaching

The staff at the Institute are engaged in a teaching capacity at numerous universities, both nationally and internationally. The involvement of the Institute in the Master’s Degree in “Security and Peace” at the University of Hamburg is worthy of particular mention in this regard. The objective is to convey to the students the perspective incorporated in the concept of theological peace ethics and, in so doing, to establish that concept within the canon of aspects and issues of relevance to the faculties in question. The focus is on the perception of research and teaching as a single entity, through which students are made acquainted as directly as possible with issues that materialise through research activity, which, as a consequence of this concentration of attention, is, in turn, promoted and advanced.
